Summary: Works Great, Even Better than Lactaid Pills
Comment: This stuff is as good as everyone says it is. It cured my lactose intolerance. When I used Lactaid lactase pills I would still get some bloating and gas. But with this once a day I get none. I eat cheese, ice cream, and cereal with regular milk now and it doesn't effect me.

It works very well for me. It takes 30 to 60 days of taking them daily before they are fully effective.
