Summary: I'll never sit on a real desk chair again!
Comment: I have been sitting on this chair for over 4 years now. I have back problems, but I never realized all the good the chair was doing me until I changed jobs and sat in a regular office chair for 3 days. My back was killing me. Once I got my ball chair into my new office, everything was better. I'll never make that mistake again! I have a second one for my desk at home.

Summary: My Back Feels Great
Comment: I had back surgery several years ago and since then, I've not been able to sit at my computer for more than a few hours without feeling nerve pain. But this product allows me to work for hours without stress. I think the fact that I'm exercising a bit by balancing on the chair as I work is the key. I haven't tried the exercises that are suggested yet, but I'm sure that my back will be in much better shape due to using this chair.

Summary: Great everyday chair!
Comment: I really love my chair! When it first came, I was very nervous because of the size of the ball. I sat so low I never thought I would be able to keep the chair. However, I read the instructions and it did state that the ball would stretch over the next couple of days and to keep inserting air to fill the chair completely. Now that it is a normal size, I never have a need to go back to a "normal" office chair! I love it!!
