Instructions: Heat Therapy- Heat in the microwave on high setting for 1 to 2 minutes. Increase by 30 seconds at a time if necessary. Always check the temperature of your herbal pack with your hands before using. Overheating may cause burns. For moist heat therapy, sprinkle with water before heating. Cold Therapy- Mist your herbal pack with water, place the pack in its stay-fresh package and put in the freezer for at least 1 hour. To Clean- Wipe with damp cloth, and lay flat to dry.

Comment: This is a gift because I love mine. It would be perfect if the beans didn't "lump up". Sometimes they all fall down over my shoulders onto my chest when I need it on my neck.

Summary: Smells great & feels so good, BUT does not last forever....
Comment: I am sensitive to smells so I was a little worried when I purchased this. I wanted one without scents. However, to my surprise I actually like the smell. It is not overpowering and is quite soothing. The shoulder wrap comes in a resealable plastic bag. It can be used cold or hot. I have only used it hot. I put it in the microwave for 3-3:30 minutes and it usually lasts for about an hour. It does get very hot during that time. As for the color, I think they all vary. The one I received is red with gold stars and moons. I am happy with this product, but have not tried any others to compare it to. I gave it 4 stars because I was hoping it would stay toasty longer.

Comment: I absolutely love this product! I have used it mainly for shoulder tension. Just heat in the microwave for 2 minutes and you're good to go. I retains it heat for a long time too, so you don't have to keep re-heating it. I really love the seams that are sewn into it. This way the stuffing doesn't fall to one side or the other. Eveything stays put where it's supposed to. Just watch out for immitations. They really aren't as good.
