Comment: I bought this for my toddler. She loves it! My only complaint is that when it counts her jumps, it stops at five and says a little phrase and picks back up at 10. Other than that we absolutley love it!

Summary: Doesn't work and can't reach the company.
Comment: "Santa" gave this to our girls for Christmas. Both enjoy it and I think it will be a fun toy for them. The problem is we have been unable to get the "trigger switch" to work. It should count and play music etc. when they jump, but it does not. It seems the bungee is too tight and the switch is always engaged, so it doesn't do anything. I tried adjusting it for heavier or lighter children (my 3 year old is just over 30 lbs.), but nothing worked. I tried calling the number on the instructions, but that is disconnected, I tried checking their website, and it is not there. I'm hoping we can come up with some way to fix it since we aren't sending it back now that it is together. If anyone has any suggestions, please post a comment! As for putting it together, it did take two people, but was easy enough, thank goodness for college degrees. I gave it 4 stars overall because I do think our kids will have fun with it, even if we have to count for them!

Comment: I was a little hesitant to buy this trampoline based on the reviews that said the directions were horrible and hard to understand. It still sounded like a good product once it was assembled, so we decided to give it a try.
When we got it I was dreading putting it together. Were the directions good? No. However, it looks like they may have updated them a bit because it described each part that was included and the number you should have. The main parts had little stickers on them to show which part it was in the instructions. It showed how to lay the pieces out before assembly. It sometimes took a minute to sort out what pieces were needed for each step, but I assembled nearly all of the frame myself. It was easier with a second person just to hold parts still to line up holes and slide bolts in. Stringing the elastic cord wasn't bad, either, and it didn't need a lot of adjustment. The assembly took a little over an hour with two adults assembling and three kids trying to help.
That said, the trampoline is nice, perfect for my very tall son who is just turning three. He jumps all day...on the carpet and the tile and wood floors. It gets on our nerves after a while. Well, he climbed right onto this and said, "Wow! This is a great idea!", and proceeded to jump for a half hour continuously. He gets good height, I was surprised. However, I don't know if I would put an 80 pound child on this. My 50 or so pound son jumps on this and I see the give a bit in the frame. It doesn't seem harmful, but I think 80 pounds would definitely be pushing it.
A couple of things you might want to watch out for...my son tried to bounce without holding on. I know all kids wouldn't necessarily do this, but I stand this on its side if I won't be in the room with him. Also, I have seen a leg lift off the floor a smidge now and then so it does need some supervision. I am not a person who thinks kids shouldn't do something if there is a chance they might get hurt, but I do believe a little supervision goes a long way. This toy qualifies for the need for a little supervision.
I am thrilled with this because my son gets exercise his body is telling him he needs (hence his continuous jumping without the trampoline) and the winters are sometimes long and boring. It is fun and well worth the cost, in money and space. We love this trampoline!

Summary: Great jumper for 4 and 7yr olds.
Comment: This is not a toy for one person to put together. With that said, you should know it doesn't have the best directions, but they were good enough so you can get it together. The sensor on the bottom also took some adjusting but does work well, as well as it has rubber gromits that hold the bungee cord in place.
Kids love it! It has been fantastic and every child who comes over gets right on it and jumps to their hearts content. Even with the tv on, they are jumping and loving every minute of it.

Comment: We got this for our daughter for Christmas and she loves it! Great quality! My husband put it together and said it wasn't too difficult. You will not be dissappointed!
