Summary: Won't shave without it anymore
Comment: I love this product. I never used preshave oil before, just the standard gel shaving cream from gillete and i'll have to say i missing out on a closer and more comfortable shave. Really a great product,,,and sure i've read plenty of do-it-yourselfers here post reviews about how cheaper it can be if you make the oil yourself. But the same can be true for anything like changing your motor oil, sneaking in popcorn at the movies, bringing your own slice of cheese when ordering a regular hamburger, but personally i'd rather pay a little more for convenience, i've got plenty of other everyday things to worry about than trying to save a little chump change here and there.

Summary: Unnecessary and overpriced
Comment: I've shaved with and without the pre-shave oil for over a month. I notice no difference what so ever. I was hoping this would make my razor glide a bit better, and it definitely didn't help with that. I do like the after shave lotion though.

Comment: I am addicted to this stuff. I treat myself to a longer shave on the weekends, and what a differnece the oil makes, my skin is smoother, my shave is easier and face doesn't get stripped of moisture.

Comment: While you may think this is a product for metrosexuals only. I offer the following review/take: pre-shave oil is the bomb. It is great for avoiding nicks and cuts. I was first introduced to pre-shave oil from a Zirh gift, but this product is a better value. And if you are concerned about frilly fragances, they offer a non-scented version. After using this, I am certain you'll be hooked. Your face will thank you.
