Summary: Natural product, easy to take
Comment: I find this superfood supplement better than other multi-vitamin/mineral supplements.
There are supposed to be more health benefits from whole foods with all the whole spectrum of nutrients in like this.
I find it easier on my stomach, and it makes me feel healthier than non-food based supplements do.

Comment: And I do mean that. I work for the country's largest natural foods retailer, and New Chapter is the best at what they do. I've taken these for years, and they are amazing. They're energizing without stimulants, and very gentle on your stomach--you really can take all three on an empty stomach with no ill effects. These aren't the cheapest vitamins on the market, but you get what you pay for. These are definitely worth the price.
