Summary: Dangerous product
Comment: I don't know why anyone would buy this product - the potential for severe burning is too great if directions are not followed precisely. Add to this the cumbersome nature of the lens case which is required for use. I actually damaged one of my lenses trying to get it in the case.
There are plenty of products on the markets which have no risk of burning, are much easier to use, and provide the same benefits.

Comment: If used without knowledge of proper use, it will severely burn your eyes. Do not give to kids for sure and I would avoid using it as an adult for risk associated with product.

Comment: I use RGP lenses. First of all, there are only a few solutions for RGP lenses. I tried all of them and this is the best. It is the only one that can provide the most comfort and clarity.

Summary: Still off the Market
Comment: Well it went off the market for the month of March and early April.
And then came back on. This weekend I visited Walmart and 2 grocery stores that normally carry it (at least the chain did again when it came back on in late April) and NO LUCK.
I am so upset, this is the best eye care contact product out there.
When it went off the market last time, I went through nearly 2 pairs of contacts lens in one month, normally I only go through a pair in 3-4 months (I also use a weekly enzymatic tablet). This is the only product that lets me forget I am wearing contacts all day. When Clear Care went off the shelves in April I tried another no rub product that was about the same price about 8 bucks US retail and my eyes would start hurting by 2-3pm in the afternoon and would stay dry and uncomfortable until I took them out(eye drops do not work for me, for some reason they break down my contact lens and cause them to break).
Please tell someone at CIBA to get their act together becuase when it says on the box "Number one in comfort by eye professionals" , its actually true.

Summary: Nice replacement for Quick Care
Comment: I used Quick Care for over 10 years and PANICKED when I couldn't find it in stores awhile back! I bought out the last 3 bottles from CVS and immediately e-mailed Ciba Vision for assistance. They sent me coupons for Clear Care which I tried -- cautiously optimistic, mind you. It's great! I was worried it would sting my eyes when I put the lenses in after the first cleaning cycle, but not to worry. I also worried that the absence of the tiny cleaning solution would hurt my lenses, but not to worry, either. Other reader reviews say Quick Care will be back on the market in July???? Not sure if I'll switch to it as these 2 products cost about the same. Overall my lenses are as comfortable as they were before.
