Use Lexol Leather Conditioner with confidence to preserve, strengthen and beautify all leather articles. For use on saddlery, auto upholstery, boots, luggage, sports equipment and furniture. Lexol protects old and new leather from cracking and premature aging by providing the essential lubrication to keep it soft and supple. It is made with the finest oils which have been emulsified into microscopic droplets. These droplets bond easily to leather fibers, nourishing the leather and leaving no greasy residue. Use Lexol regularly to keep your leather looking and performing its best. Directions: Shake well. If leather is dirty, clean first with Lexol pH Leather Cleaner. Then spray Lexol onto leather and spread with a cloth, to cover entire area. After a few minutes, wipe off any excess and buff with a soft, dry cloth. Lexol may slightly darken light colored leathers. Not recommended for suede. 1/2-Liter Spray.

I used it on two leather seated Costa Rican rocking chairs which had been out in the Florida sun and become hard and brittle. The Lexol softened the leather and made it much more flexible.
