Comment: I have been using this brush for over 7 months now. It cleans very well. Solid brush that gets the job done. The only problem is the "desposits" collected behind the brush and the handle. Other than that, i would recommend this to anyone looking for a sonic brush.

I had this for about 6 months and then it totally stopped working; the green button started to tear inwards about 2 months ago and now it will not turn on nor recharge.

Comment: Likes: Feels like your teeth are much cleaner; faster to brush teeth
Dislikes: you have to keep the threads clean as water gets in and causes the gunk; brush seems kinda small would prefer a larger brush; the settings and timings are too gimicky for me I just like to brush for a couple minutes and be done. If you are the same you should go for a less expensive base model.

Whenever you have an appliance like this in a wet environment you have to take care of it. After about a year of owning I noticed the power button starting to peel off from the handle (it is rubber). Since it has a two year warranty I called customer service and they send me a brand new Sonic (different model) within 4 days. Great customer service and I now have a brand new toothbrush. Works for me!
