"Guess how much I love you," says Little Nutbrown Hare. Little Nutbrown Hare shows his daddy how much he loves him: as wide as he can reach and as far as he can hop. But Big Nutbrown Hare, who can reach farther and hop higher, loves him back just as much. Well then Little Nutbrown Hare loves him right up to the moon, but that's just halfway to Big Nutbrown Hare's love for him.

Customer Rating: Summary: Beautiful Story Comment: This is a beautiful little story. I gave this to my sister for my niece for her 1st Christmas and all though my niece is too young to appreciate the meaning, my sister was truly moved by it.
Customer Rating: Summary: sweet Comment: bought this for my significant other and i to read to our grandkids .... and each other
Customer Rating: Summary: The little hare can never win, so sad Comment: I love the fact that the relationship between the two characters is left open ended. I hate that the big hare keeps outdoing the little hare. Just say "Thank you. I love you, too!"
Customer Rating: Summary: Prepare for tears Comment: This book made me cry -- a grown man! I read it to my 3-year-old son, and felt myself tearing up as I got to the end. The artwork is first rate, too.
Customer Rating: Summary: Nice book to have in your childs library. Comment: This a cute story but by no means up there with Goodnight Moon or I'll love you forever, the Napping House books. Do read this beforhand to make your own judgement. I do enjoy my sons first books to be the board book style so that i like, but the choppy dialougue is distracting for a tot. My son does prefer books with rythem (sp?).
